The sewage collection service operates from Griffiths Yard with a fleet of tankers. Through a service level agreement with Guernsey Water, States Works remove sewage from over 4,500 cesspits either by means of a scheduled emptying frequency (90% of our customers) or by request.

•  request an Ad-hoc emptying

Standard Collection - £7.32 per load
All emergency collections will be subject to a call-out fee.
 

How to Pay

The easiest and quickest way to pay is online at www.gov.gg/payit using your credit or debit card.
