States Works is proud to provide a number of opportunities to help support people back into the workplace on a number of return to work schemes. We work closely with the Committee for Employment and Social Security in providing placements for individuals who have been absent from work for a range of reasons. Many of these placements have led to participants securing permanent employment within the business which is fantastic.
In addition, we also support placements through Guernsey Prison and the Guernsey Employment Trust. We believe this is a very important role within the business and we are pleased to be able to continue supporting these initiatives as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
