Sewage

We are currently experiencing a much higher volume of calls from householders requesting additional sewage collections from their norm which will inevitably overstretch our existing operations.

Our service is currently operating as normal and we ask you to be patient and try, wherever possible, to avoid requesting an additional collection.  Please can we also ask that you ensure our drivers have clear access to your cesspits emptying points and that cars are not blocking the way.

To help us, think before putting your dishwasher on half full, running an extra load of washing in one day, filling the bath to the brim or taking a long shower.  All these routine daily activities will ultimately put a strain on our sewage collection service.  Thank you.

Service Updates

In response to the latest Government COVID-19 island lockdown we are now operating a reduced service across our business to ensure we can maintain continuity of the island's essential infrastructure.

Our Sewage Collection Service and Emergency Call Out Teams will operate as normal.

A small team will be on call to maintain the island's essential infrastructure such as our pumping stations and traffic lights.

Our Fleet and Garage Services will be prioritising their work in order to maintain our vehicles, plants and equipment needed to support the operation of the essential services.

Another team will be available to deal with emergency signage as and when required.

Although Stores are also operating as normal, we are only accepting telephone orders and access from the general public is not permitted.
